Service Description

Our One-Way Concierge Service is designed to save you time by handling a single leg of your vehicle’s service visit. We either transport your vehicle to the dealership or service center, or return it to you after service—so you don’t have to coordinate logistics yourself. How the Service Works Book a Pickup or Drop-Off Time Schedule a one-way pickup or delivery time that works for you. Service Center Appointment (Two Options) Option A: You schedule your dealership or service center appointment yourself. Option B: You may request valet service and have us schedule the appointment on your behalf. Vehicle Transport (One Way Only) We either pick up your vehicle from your home, office, or approved location and deliver it to the dealership or service center of your choice, or retrieve your vehicle from the service center and return it to you. Service Coordination If applicable, we communicate with the service center as needed and relay updates or recommendations. Any additional work requires your approval. Important Timing Information The booking time reflects one-way transport only, not service duration. Completion times depend entirely on the dealership or service center. Additional approved repairs may extend overall timing. We make every effort to complete transport promptly, but service timelines vary and cannot be guaranteed. Exterior detail includes hand wash and wax. Full detail adds interior cleaning with carpet shampoo. Drive-through washes are mechanical with light wipe-down and basic vacuum. Fuel My Vehicle is a $100 preauthorization; fuel is charged at cost + 5% + $10.
