These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Car Service For You website, online booking system, and vehicle pick-up and delivery services (“Services”). By accessing our website or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our website or Services.
1. Description of Service
Car Service For You provides convenient vehicle pick-up and drop-off services. We pick up your vehicle, transport it to the dealership or repair facility you select, and return it once service is complete.
We are not a repair shop, dealership, or service center. We do not perform mechanical work or diagnose issues.
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Be the legal owner of the vehicle or have full authorization to use it

Provide a valid driver’s license when requested
You affirm that all information you provide is true and accurate.
3. Customer Responsibilities
3.1 Vehicle Condition
You must ensure your vehicle is in a reasonably safe, operable condition for transportation and disclose any known mechanical issues prior to pick-up.
3.2 Personal Belongings
You are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle before pick-up.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
3.3 Keys & Access
You agree to provide us with necessary keys and access to operate and move the vehicle safely.
3.4 Insurance
You confirm that your vehicle is properly insured under your own insurance policy. You remain responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage.
3.5 Communication
You agree to remain reachable by phone, text, or email during the scheduled service period for updates and coordination.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise specified during checkout.
We may use third-party payment processors (e.g., Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal). By making a payment, you also agree to the applicable terms of those processors.
Fees may include, but are not limited to:

Standard service fees

Rush or priority service fees

Distance or mileage surcharges

Cancellation or no-show fees
All fees will be disclosed at or before booking.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & No-Show Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, no cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellations within 24 hours of pick-up may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full service amount.
5.2 No-Show
If our driver arrives at the agreed location and is unable to access your vehicle, obtain the keys, or you are otherwise unavailable, a no-show fee equal to the full amount of the service will be charged. No refunds will be provided for no-show events.
5.3 Refund Eligibility
Refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on whether the driver has already been dispatched.
No refunds apply to no-show fees.
5.4 Cancellations by Car Service For You
If we must cancel your service for any reason, you may choose a full refund or a rescheduled appointment at no cost.
5.5 Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment processor.
6. Dealership / Service Center Disclaimer
Car Service For You acts solely as a transportation concierge to and from the dealership or service center you select.
We do not:

Perform or supervise repairs or maintenance

Set or negotiate service prices

Guarantee service timelines
-
Guarantee the quality of work performed by the dealership or service center

Provide any warranty on third-party work
All repair, maintenance, and warranty matters are strictly between you and the service provider. We are not responsible for dealership/service center actions, delays, pricing, workmanship, or outcomes.
7. Vehicle Transport & Damage Disclaimer
We take reasonable care when driving and handling your vehicle. However, by using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle

We are not responsible for mechanical failures occurring during use or transport (including failures caused by existing wear, age, or defects)

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, latent defects, worn parts, or manufacturer issues

We are not responsible for events outside our control, including but not limited to weather, road hazards, or other drivers
Any claim for new physical damage allegedly caused by us must be reported immediately upon return of the vehicle, before our driver leaves. After the vehicle is returned and our driver has departed, all damage claims are deemed waived and void.
8. Personal Property Disclaimer
Car Service For You is not liable for any personal property left in the vehicle, including but not limited to:

Cash, credit cards, or documents

Electronics or accessories
-
Bags, luggage, or briefcases
-
Tools or equipment
-
Child seats or removable accessories
-
Any other personal belongings
You are solely responsible for checking your vehicle before pick-up and after return.
9. Website Use & Content
By using our website, you agree not to:

Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site

Interfere with or disrupt website operations

Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
-
Scrape, copy, or misuse content without permission
-
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website for any misuse or suspected misuse.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by California law:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Loss of time, income, or business opportunities

Inconvenience or loss of use of the vehicle

Mechanical issues not directly caused by our willful misconduct

Delays or errors by third-party dealerships, service centers, or payment processors
In any event, our total liability for any claim relating to a specific service shall be limited to the total amount you paid for that service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Car Service For You and its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

Your breach of these Terms

Your violation of any law or third-party rights

Any issues arising from third-party dealerships or service centers
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Severe weather

Natural disasters

Accidents or road closures

Strikes or labor disputes

Power outages or system failures

Acts of government or regulatory authorities
13. Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration
By using our Services, you and Car Service For You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to:

Fees, payments, refunds, or cancellations

shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court.
You and Car Service For You waive the right to a trial by jury and waive the right to participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13.1 Arbitration Rules
Arbitration will be administered by JAMS or the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under their applicable rules for consumer disputes.

Unless both parties agree otherwise, the arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California, or be conducted remotely where allowed.

The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve any dispute regarding the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of this arbitration agreement.

The arbitrator may award the same damages and relief as a court, but only on an individual basis.
13.2 Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that you may bring claims against Car Service For You only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action.
The arbitrator may not consolidate your claims with another person’s claims, nor preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.
13.3 Small Claims Court Option
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court (in an appropriate California venue) instead of arbitration, if the claim qualifies and is brought only on an individual basis.
13.4 Opt-Out of Arbitration
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first use of our Services by sending written notice stating you wish to opt out of arbitration to:

Your opt-out must include your full name, contact information, and a clear statement that you are opting out of this arbitration agreement. Opting out will not affect any other provisions of these Terms.
13.5 Severability
If any portion of this arbitration agreement is found to be unenforceable, that specific portion shall be severed, and the remainder shall continue in full force and effect, except that if the class action waiver in Section 13.2 is found unenforceable, then this entire Section 13 (Arbitration) shall be void.
13.6 Survival
This arbitration agreement shall survive termination of your relationship with Car Service For You and the completion of any services.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that the arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) to the extent applicable.
15. Modifications to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our website or Services after any changes constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
