Full Valet Service – Concierge Vehicle Service Our Full Valet Service is designed to save you time by handling your vehicle’s service appointment from start to finish. We take care of pickup, transportation, coordination with your service center, and return—so you don’t have to rearrange your day around dealership visits. How the Service Works: Book a pickup time that works for you. Service Center Appointment (Two Options) Option A: You schedule your dealership or service center appointment yourself. Option B: You may book valet service with us and request that we schedule the service appointment on your behalf. Vehicle Pickup We pick up your vehicle from your home, office, or approved location and transport it to the dealership or service center of your choice. Service Coordination While your vehicle is being serviced, we communicate with the service center as needed and relay recommendations or updates to you. If additional repairs are recommended, we may contact you to confirm approval before proceeding. Vehicle Return Once the service is complete and your vehicle is ready for release, we return your car to you as soon as possible, subject to driver availability. Important Timing Information - The time shown on our booking calendar is not the time it takes for your vehicle to be serviced and returned. - Return times cannot be guaranteed. Service completion depends entirely on your dealership or service center’s timeline. - If additional repairs are recommended and approved after the initial service begins, this will extend the overall return time. We make every effort to return your vehicle promptly once service is completed, but service durations vary widely and are often difficult to predict. What This Service Includes: - Vehicle pickup, drop-off, and return - Coordination and communication with the service provider - Concierge handling of your service visit - Time savings and convenience without dealership wait times What This Service Does Not Include: - Mechanical repairs or diagnostics - Control over dealership timelines, pricing, or repair duration - Guaranteed same-day or fixed return times Add-On Services: Hand detailing is performed entirely by hand—no drive-through wash used. Exterior detail includes hand wash and wax. Full detail adds interior cleaning with carpet shampoo. Drive-through washes are mechanical with light wipe-down and basic vacuum. Fuel My Vehicle is a $100 preauthorization; fuel is charged at cost + 5% + $10.
