At Car Service For You, we aim to provide reliable and convenient vehicle pick-up and delivery service. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, no-shows, and refunds are handled.
1. Cancellations
1.1 Customer Cancellations (More Than 24 Hours Notice)
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time, you will not be charged a cancellation fee, and any pre-paid amount will be refunded.
1.2 Customer Cancellations (Within 24 Hours)
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full service amount.
Refund eligibility will depend on the timing and whether a driver has already been dispatched.
2. No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when:

Our driver arrives at the agreed pick-up location, and
-
Cannot access the vehicle, cannot obtain the keys, OR
-
You are not present or otherwise unavailable to release the vehicle
If a no-show occurs, a fee equal to the full amount of the service will be charged.
No refunds apply to no-show charges.
3. Driver Delay or Cancellation by Us
If Car Service For You must cancel your appointment due to a driver issue, operational issue, or any reason on our end, you will receive:

A full refund of any amount paid or
-
The option to reschedule without penalty
We are not liable for any costs you incur from rescheduling your dealership or service appointment.
4. Partial Service or Early Termination
If you choose to stop or cancel the service after the driver has already arrived, begun the hand-off process, or started transporting the vehicle:

No refund will be issued, and
-
The full service amount may still apply
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be returned to the original form of payment and may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We cannot refund:

Service center charges
-
Dealership fees
-
Diagnostic fees
-
Third-party charges of any kind
6. Service Fees & Special Cases Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are not provided for delays or outcomes caused by:

Dealership or service center delays
-
Service center workmanship or pricing
-
Traffic, road closures, or weather delays

Mechanical failures unrelated to our driver’s conduct

Incorrect customer information or missed communications
